For those that wish to progress in the party and become a national officer or a official candidate, we offer a an education and training programme. ERA recognises that any successful political movement needs confident and capable officers, therefore our programme offers personal development training in the form of public speaking, political debate, media relations and promoting the party. Through such training officers have the opportunity to become good, capable and confident ambassadors for the party of England.

ERA shall be producing various material and recommending certain publications to help potential officers and candidates develop their skills. There is also the 'Red Ribbon Weekend', an annual event that takes place in the English countryside with various workshops, lectures and social activities that will be of interest and available to all ERA members, as well as those who wish progress in the party.
